Designed as a party-sized prepared mix that's bursting with essence associated with festive period, making it perfect for your celebration. Reserve the remaining syrup to use in brunch beverages, puddings, or to mix another batch of this cocktail.

Makes enough for 10 people
To make the Clementine Cordial (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g caster sugar
For the Premix (makes 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (as made above)
Whole cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Method
For the Citrus Syrup: Combine all the ingredients inside a saucepan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Then, turn off the heat and leave to cool completely. Decant to a sealable bottle, close it and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, where it will keep for up to four weeks.
Preparing the Cocktail Base: Mix all the spirits and syrup in a large bottle, let it rest for one hour, then pass it through , ideally through muslin, to ensure it's completely strained.
To serve: Add 85ml from the premix into a stirring glass filled with ice, and stir lightly for about 60 seconds to chill. Pour into an cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, top with some cranberries and finish with a brief mist of the essential oil above the glass.
